During the workshop, we’ll guide you step-by-step through the canning process, from preparing your fruits and vegetables to sealing them in jars.

You’ll learn how to safely use a water bath canner and understand the importance of proper sterilization and processing to prevent spoilage and ensure your preserved foods are safe to eat.

What You’ll Learn

  • Canning Basics: Understand the fundamental principles of canning, including the difference between water bath and pressure canning, and when to use each method.
