Mulch and Potluck in the Orchard

Join us in the OFRE Orchard (9528 107 A Ave) Sunday, September 12 at 1 PM for an afternoon of learning, working, and playing together.

We will start with a tour of the orchard and a brief introduction to soil & mulching led by Edmonton Permaculture Guild (EPG) board member Marci Makarewicz. Then, an application of mulch to the eastern portion of the orchard.

We’ll end the day by sharing food potluck style. The potluck is optional. For those participating in the work jam please bring your own gloves and tools. For those participating in the potluck please bring your own dish and utensils.
